Caring For Each OtherEDEN Back To School

The long days of summer are winding down. A new school year arrives bringing challenges and activities for many of us. Part of the school season challenge is in planning and preparing breakfasts and lunches. Tasty, nutritious foods are called for whether you’re heading back to school, work, running errands, or doing chores at home. For those who appreciate the importance of healthy meals and snacks, a little forethought and a well-stocked pantry can readily provide quick, empowering meals and snacks.

Stocking a pantry is essential. Doing so as a discerning shopper pays big dividends. The cheap, quick, and easy modern convenience foods deplete energy and undermine long-term health with their refined sugars, artificial colors, high sodium, bad fats, preservatives, GMOs, and so much more. So be wise and stock your pantry with healthy, nourishing cereals and snacks like EDEN Müesli cereal and EDEN 1 ounce Pocket Snacks and 4 ounce Snacks.

Deeply Satisfying Prepared Hot or ColdEDEN Organic Muesli

Around 1900 the Swiss physician Dr. Maximillian Bircher-Benner and his wife first created müesli for patients in their hospital. Today müesli is a very popular cereal throughout Europe. EDEN Müesli is made of: three North American family farm organically grown, whole grain EDEN Flakes - rolled oats, rye, and spelt wheat; three organic EDEN dried fruits - raisins, cranberries, and lowbush blueberries; and two organic EDEN seeds - pumpkin and sunflower. The sweet and tangy dried fruits add delightful flavor, texture, and valuable antioxidants. Roasted, lightly salted pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds lend a rich crunch and make it a complete protein cereal. EDEN Cinnamon Müesli includes very nice organic cinnamon that adds efficacy and flavor. Müesli can be enjoyed hot or cold as cereal, and right out of the bag as a snack. Most Europeans eat it as cereal in the afternoon. EDEN Müesli is satisfying nourishment with complete protein, fiber, B vitamins, and minerals. They are very low sodium and kosher pareve.
